1) In consideration of publication of an advertisement
on the CaféVivid website, the advertiser and agency, jointly
and severally, agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaféVivid,
its officers, agents, and employees against any and all
losses and expenses resulting from publication of the
Advertisement.
2) CaféVivid reserves the right to accept or reject
any advertisement
3) Acceptance does not in any way constitute approval
of the products of services advertised therein by CaféVivid.
• Ads will be placed within 48 hours of payment if ad
has been received.
• Ads will expire 30 days from the
post date.
• We use PayPal as our credit card processing service
to provide you with a secure payment process.
